An Untold Story
"A thousand sorries wouldn't relieve the pain I felt at that moment and the months of suffering that followed..." - unknown poor bastard B.
At this moment, I believe that one of my close friend might be thinking of the above line, or at least something similar. The current situation reminded me of someone who is very close to me, who I shall address as B in this post. My only advice for this friend of mine is "Whatever have happen had happen. No point thinking or brooding over it. If you truly love someone, you should always wish for that someone to be happy no matter who she is with, from the bottom of your heart"
Without further delay, I shall type B's story here. All resemblence to anyone familar is purely coincidence. No questions will be answered. And it might be quite long.
B and A were good friends. They have knew each other for quite a few year. Without knowing when since breaking up with his GF over a year ago who cheated on him during his NS, B realise that he had fallen for A who herself broke off with her BF recently then. Prehaps people are attracted to people in similar situation or maybe Joker is at it again. A knows of B's intention but did not show too much violent objection.
After a few months of dating or some may simply call it going out, B began to question himself. Are they good friends or are they more than that. At that moment, B and A decided to go on a short overseas trip together with C and D. It was at this point where B realise that A is avoiding him whenever they are with C and D, completely different from when only both of them went out.
2 weeks before the trip, B had an accidient during an exercise. The doctor adviced him to rest for the month but he kept the incident to himself and insisted on going for the trip... It was around that time when A completely gave B the cold shoulders. And one week before the trip, A became an eye witness to a military case. He plea with his Oc to allow him to go for the oversea trip. He was rejected at 1st but his Oc finally gave in, on condition that B must return to camp immediately after his trip.
Thinking that he had overcome all odds to go for the trip, B left Singapore thinking he had left all his problems behind and only have to face them when he returned. How wrong was he ... At the trip, A treated B like a total stranger and went on dates with C. B was devestated. He kept a smiling face for as long as he could. Since it was A's wish that "everyone have a happy trip"
Upon returning to Singapore, with his heart now dead and many questions in his mind, he was deem unfit to attend military court due to the worsening condition of his health. He spend the rest of his NS life resting on his bed at home and going in and out of hospitals. B went thru surgeries after surgeries for each and every weird health problem. They say that when the heart dies, the body usually will go with it... Maybe its true after all.
Ever since returning to Singapore, B have never approach A, and have no intention of doing so. Since A will be happier treating him like a stranger, he would let it remain that way.
And what happen to B in the end ??? I actually have no idea haha~ maybe he die already ...

Tomorrow is the 1st day of my new job, and here I am, typing some tall tale for someone to read... I should be sleeping... its near 4am le. Guess this will be my last post for the week haha. To the 3 people involve, all of you are my friends, I hope you don't end up like A, B ,C .
